Sheeptag Nations Cup 2013

WHAT?
SNC is a tournament played between nations and/or regions. You need 5 players from same nation or an accepted region (such as the one NL+GER) to register a team. There are no restrictions for skill or so.
You can have subs for the team aslong as they still are from same nation and players can only participate in one team. Subs doesn't have to be registered. If one of your players doesn't show up or whatever you can choose any player from the same nation to participate.

For this to work we need that some nations sign up even tho they have a weaker team "on paper". Theoretically we only need two teams to sign up and atleast we have a competetive match. Of course it will be more fun with atleast 4 teams-6 teams.

WHEN?
SNC will be played friday 11th of january. The time will be announced when enough teams signed up.

HOW?
Tournament will be played at Sheeptag Revolution 7.3.4b (if nothing else is said)
Each game is 5on5 and best out of 3 rounds where 1 round is wolfing+sheeping. The team with best sheep time wins the round and the first team to win 2 rounds wins the game.
Sheep team will choose colors and host.
Players must show up no later then 15 minutes past game time before the game is either forfeited or played man down
Smurfing, account trading, saving the game, and game throwing will not be tolerated
Pausing the game is allowed with a warning before hand only 1 pause per team per round
Sheep Team can only -cancel 1 time per round

Ties:
If teams tie then that round is thrown out and another round is played.
If both teams last the full time then another round is played with an extra 5 minutes.

Disconnects:
Only 1 remake is allowed per team per game
Remake is only allowed if a player disconnects under 1 minute of round time
If there is already a sheep killed remakes are not allowed for the sheep team
The disconnecting player has 20 minutes to sign back into bnet before the other team has to play

Report abuse of rules to TraxxWOLF. Breaking the rules is obviously not tolerated and will lead to punishment that I decide.

Registration will be made in the specific thread for this.

you should be more specific about punishment for cheating. there will be instant chaos once you decide punishment after the crime. people will get mad because the punishment is too light, others will get mad because its too harsh.

i also think that captains for each team should be allowed to let their opponents use any available player if the opponents lack someone. games should be played even if someone doesn't show up. but ofc anyone can use subs/people from the same 'nation' regardless of what the opponent captain thinks.
