I'm thinking of buying a laptop but dno shit about computers.
When im comparing computers there are like 1000 different things such as RAM etc etc

Which are the most important ones to have good performance.

Computers and desktops are hundred times better than Laptops. It is true that laptop you can take anywhere and can use anywhere but it is more comfortable to work on Desktops.

newegg is trash for europeans (they dont ship internationally).

traxx, depends what you wanna use your laptop for. do you want to use it to take notes in class, or do you want to play games on it?

anyway, processor/cpu and ram/memory is the most important. videocard/gpu/graphiccard as well if you want to play games.

simplest way to compare them is usually to just look at price and ask the employes at the local hostbot store for help, if you're not interested in doing research yourself.

I think Desktop computers are better than laptop. If you find a desktop and a laptop with the same specifications then the only difference is portability and how far you can upgrade it.

Even if they have the same specifications the laptop is worse because even though the parts are called the same thing they are made smaller and therefore worse to fit in the laptop.

Note sure if you know how a laptop differs from a desktop. You see a laptop is made with smaller pieces in order to increase its portability whereas a desktop doesn't need portability so its part are not reduced in size.

Different specs would looked at in greater detail, but when advertised they are generally called the same part.
