a: 50
b: 25
c: 25
d: 75

now, what is the probability for trollpro to guess the right answer with his eyes shut?

Shoop says it's 1/3 ^^ gimme your theories

It's 1/4 if the answer is 50 or 75.

It's 1/2 if the answer is 25.

Wots APP?

Beeeh = clueless.
Shoop = doesn't understand the problem he posted himself.

This is an extension of the ONE you did post.

Your answer is plain wrong - you don't seem to understand the question or the original one you posted. If you did, you would get the mechanics of them right Very Happy

Well then you are embarassingly wrong. Smile

As I said, Sidey and Beeeh added to the hall of shame.

OH NICE EDIT SIDEY.

Sidey thought it was 0 % in his previous post. He edited it now, but yeah this is going to the hall of shame.

Anyway, the answer is 1/3.

I do not think this is a paradox idiot. The first time i told u trixers i gave u the following alternatives: 50%, 25%, 25% & 75% (notice percent). THAT would have been a paradox, but i gave u another easier one since you were too much of a horsebrain to understand the first one.

This trixers is obviously based on the answer. As sidey said:

"It's 1/4 if the answer is 50 or 75.

It's 1/2 if the answer is 25."

The reason I put this horsey trixers on forum was because shoop and chaise really thought it was 1/3^^

Since you danno the answer it's 1/3 it's 25 1/3 it's 50 and 1/3 it's 75

Trollpro answer 25 1/2 of the time, 50 1/4 of the time and 75 1/4 of the time.

He will answer 25 and be right 1/2 * 1/3 = 1/6 = 2/12 of the time

He will answer 50 and be right 1/4 * 1/3 = 1/12 of the time

He will answer 75 and be right 1/4 * 1/3 = 1/12 of the time.

2/12 + 1/12 + 1/12 = 4/12 = 1/3

The answer is 1/3 assuming it's as likely the answer is one of the 3 alternatives.

The answer is 0% if you word the question slightly differently - why I edited it. That answer has to do with a much more complex version of this question.

Mass mongos on this forum. HoLy SHEET

Hall of People who are not braindead freakshits :

Shoop, Chaise, Stek

Rest :

Beeeh-, Sidey

Beeeh-, why dont you ask the "hard" question and Ill crush that one too. The fact that you think 1/3 is the wrong answer on this question does however makes it extremly entertaining when you call it an easy question, which it indeed is. It says a lot about your intellectual capacity.

Sidey I dont try to cover up and rewrite history. Thats your corner bro.

a: 50

Lets say the answer is 75.

Trollpro has a 1/3 chance of picking 75 from these four boxes?

Wow...

Both me and then Stek even clearer already explained this.

If the answer is 50 its 1/4th chance that trollpro picks right. If the answer is 25 its 2/4th chance. If the answer is 75 its 1/4th chance.

Each option is right 1/3rd of the time, so it both being 75 (1/3rd) and trollpro picking the right box (1/4th) have a 1/12th chance of happening. Same goes for for 50. For 25 however the chance is still twice as high, so it both being 25 and trollpro picking the right box randomly have 2/12th chance of happening.

So totally it is 1/12th+1/12th+2/12th chance of happening. Or 4/12. Or 1/3.

Or as I wrote.

Shoop wrote:

The fact that you dont think there is a consistant chance of it happening is simply breathtaking. Who helps you put on clothes and eat?
